The M white wines have finally arrived !! 

These two carefully selected white wines are (1) Savignon Blanc & (2) Chardonnay.  So, pick up the M white wines today from ShengSiong Bedok Blk 209, Clementi Blk 720, The Verge (Tekka Mall), Woodlands 6A (near Woodlands Checkpoint) & YuanChing for your festive season celebration!

The details of the white wines are below:

(1) Savignon Blanc (750ml, 13.0%)

Montagnac Sauvignon is a pale yellow gold, with an attractive light orange tinge. This wine is a real gem with aromas of honey, peach, apple, orange peel and smoke. It has flavours of zesty lemon, herbs, spice and a touch of caramel.  It is soft with superb balance and a very decent length.

来自Montagnac的白苏维翁是淡淡的金黄色并有一种相当吸引人的浅橙色调。这种酒是赋有蜂蜜香味，桃子，苹果，橘子皮，烟香味的珍品。有柠檬，香草，香料和一点焦糖的口味。它是柔和的且非常均衡并具有相当持久的余味。

(2) Chardonnay (750ml, 13.5%)

Montagnac Chardonnay is a pale gold in colour and is a crisp and fruity wine with the flavours of summer flowers, vanilla, green apples, tart lemons and pear. In the mouth, it is smooth and simple with good acidity and plenty of fruit flavours coming through.  It leaves you with a “clean” mouth feel because it is unoaked!

Montagnac的霞多丽是淡金色的，它也是一支具有夏天的花朵，香草，青苹果，柠檬，梨子和清新果香的葡萄酒。它特别顺喉并拥有良好的酸度和大量的水果的香味。它留下了一个“干净”的口感因为此酒并没有放在橡木桶陈酿。

Founded in 1860 by Abdon Béchade, Château La Grave Béchade is a magnificent property in the Côtes de Duras appellation. It extends over 120 hectares with 65 hectares of vine. In 1965, the property was bought by the AMAR family and the Château his now being run by the third generation of the family. The vineyard lies on the clay and chalk slopes of Baleyssagues and faces south. It is planted with Sauvignon (white) and Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon (red) grapes. At Château La Grave Béchade, we employ the most advanced winemaking techniques along with a continuous programme of research and development to enable us to maintain the highest standards. 2007 Beau Vallon (AOC Duras; 750ML – 12.5%VOL.)  [Red Wine]

Ripe cherry and cassis on the nose, medium-bodied on the palate, firm with balanced tannins, nice length and approachable.

2007 Sauvignon Jojo (AOC Duras; 750ML – 12.5%VOL.)   [White Wine]

Limpid yellow colour with green hints. Exhales notes of citrus fruits, slightly lemon notes good balance between the vivacity and typicity of sauvignon blanc. The finish is rich in fruit.

Matured in American oak hogshead for 18 months the tannin structure is firm and provides balance. Intense fruit and a rich earthiness reflect the shale and ironstone belt from which it was grown."

"Grown on the Pyrenees valley of Central Victoria, Merlot is looming to become a highlight of the region. With 18 months in American oak hogsheads enjoy the rich, dark tones lifted by sweet plums, ginger and cinnamon that characterize the wine. Firm tannin frame a rich, full-bodied and well-balanced wine that will reward short to medium term cellaring."

Cabernet Franc 2004 (750 ML - 14.0% VOL.)
Building on the wine of the previous year, this wine is a gem of the Pyrenees. Grown on the lower slopes of Morgan's Hill, this is a beautifully balanced wine with loads of fruit. Ripe berry fruits and a hint of cinnamon make this a wine to enjoy.

Polleters is a small, family-owned vineyard nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees Ranges, 2 km south west of Moonambel, Victoria, Australia. It is a premium wine producer and was rated 5 stars in the 2009 edition of James Halliday's Australian Wine Companion.


Polleters grapes are estate grown on the shale and ironstone slopes of the valley. With warm to hot summers and cool evenings in autumn, the growing conditions are ideal. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in small parcels in open vats ensuring optimum quality. They are hand plunged and stored for 18 months in American Oak.

The stock is limited as would be expected and you are encouraged to discuss these fine wines at an early opportunity.
